Trims & Accessories

Randomly 10% visual inspection of all incoming accessories.

Nickel Items: Need nickel test report

Interlinings: Interlining strength test (before & afterwash)

Accessories Attachment test ( Button, Bow or any kind of metal badges)

Testing elastic material for suitable elasticity & expiry date.

Care label test for readable/wash proof till product's life time. Wash test done during size set stage.

Metal Accessories check by metal detector (10% of incoming metal items)

 

Fabric

Requirements / SOP

Select 10% from the batch (minimum 03 rolls) for inspection.

Color & hand feel check as per the procedure and make report (FO/CO/QA/109/01 Fabric Inspection Report.)

Fabric width and GSM check as per the procedure and make report (FO/CO/QA/36/01/Color Continuity & GSM Check Report.)

Inspection for fabric fault reate (as per 4 point system) and prepare report (FO/CO/QA/109/01 Fabric Inspection Report)

Inspection for spirality /bowing/ skew as per the procedure and prepare report (FO/CO/QA/ 109/01/ Fabric Inspection Report)

If wash programe: Do the pillow case (washing should be as per garment washing requirements) and check the shrinkage level & color blanket as per the procedure and prepare report (FO/CO/QA/21/01/ Shrinkage & Twisting Check Report) and keep the fabric in designated rack untill handover to cutting section.
