If I were the CEO of NOKIA, I would save the company by implementing/changing innovation of Research & Development (R&D) with the demand of market.
Continuous improvement is inevitable to sustain in this world. Because the world believes –even perfection has room for improvement.

Firstly, we need to adapt with new technologies, automation processes, standard operating procedure (SOP) & increase infrastructural bottleneck & boasting productivity. We have to give more emphasis on skill development & need to set up research & skill development based training center and backward & forward linkage.
